17 year old victim of homicide identified
(Ottawa) – The Ottawa Police Service Major Crime Unit identified the victim of the fatal collision and resulting 2nd degree murder charge as Nicholas R Hickey, 17 years old of Ottawa.
Charges of 2nd Degree Murder on fatal collision from Seyton Drive
(Ottawa) – The Ottawa Police Service Major Crime Unit has confirmed that the driver involved in the collision has been charged with 2nd Degree Murder.
Guillermo ESCOBEDO-HOYO, 37 years old of Ottawa, appeared in court today.
Investigators are asking for any witness to come forward.
