SEXUAL ASSAULT, INVITATION TO SEXUAL TOUCHING, SEXUAL INTERVENTION
Cornwall, ON – Prasath Kanasamoorthy, 26 of Cornwall was arrested on March 30th, 2016 and charged with sexual assault, invitation to sexual touching and sexual intervention. It is alleged in 2012 the man sexually assaulted a person under sixteen years of age who is known to him and police were contacted to investigate. On March 30th, 2016 the man attended police headquarters to deal with the matter. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on May 3rd, 2016.
