BREACH
Cornwall, ON – Jordan Pharand, 25 of Cornwall was arrested on June 12th, 2017 and charged with breach of recognizance and undertaking for being out past curfew. He was also charged with breach of undertaking and probation for failing to keep the peace. It is alleged the man spotted in breach of his conditions on June 8th, 2017 by a member of the Cornwall Community Police Service and an investigation ensued. On June 12th, 2017 the man was located by police, taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.
POSSESSION OF PROPERTY OBTAINED BY CRIME, BREACH
Cornwall, ON – Bradley Stephenson, 24 of Cornwall was arrested on June 11th, 2017 and charged with possession of property obtained by crime and breach of probation for failing to keep the peace. It is alleged in the early morning hours of June 11th, 2017 the man was spotted by a member of the Cornwall Community Police Service with a quantity of liquor bottles that had been removed from a local bar without their knowledge. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on July 27th, 2017.
ASSAULT WITH A WEAPON, ASSAULT CAUSE BODILY HARM
Cornwall, ON – A 34-year-old Cornwall woman was arrested on June 12th, 2017 and charged with assault with a weapon and assault cause bodily harm. It is alleged on June 12th, 2017 the woman assaulted her father with a knife causing him to seek medical attention for his injuries. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. During the investigation the woman was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing. Her name was not released as it would identify the victim in the matter.
